Amazing Amazing Amazing!! This place was worth the wait. If you see the long line, don't hesitate to stick it through - you won't regret it! I gotta say, this might be the best beef noodle soup I've ever had in my entire life -- and I'm comparing this to ones I've had in Taiwan too. We were hesitant due to the long line but it was so worth it. The restaurant is small without many seats but the service was fast and efficient. We were a party of 8 so we're worried we'd have to get split up. Out of our party, both the 8-hour and 24-hour beef noodle soup were amazing! The portion size is HUGE for the price, and I would say it's so big that if you're someone who doesn't eat a lot, you can probably share one. We had two people in our party order the fish noodle soup, it was a bit salty (heavy pickled taste) and not as tasty as the beef noodle soup. Everyone in our party has said that this was probably our best/favorite meal in all of San Francisco! I would make the trip here just for this noodle soup again!!! Amazing!

This place is a gem! The beef brisket noodle soup was sooo good. Nice chewy noodles, super tender beef, perfect flavors and spiciness in the broth, and even white radish?! All in a huge bowl. To top it off, the price point is such a good deal. No wonder there was a line out the door. It was very much worth the wait and the staff here is so nice and welcoming. This place is a must visit anytime I'm ever back in Berkeley.

Started with the cucumber salad and it was one of the best i've ever had. they're very unique in their sauce and i'm used to places with a basic vinegar dressing so this was super impressive. Their beef noodle soup I liked but expected better. I loved their attention to detail with the presentation but the noodle texture could have been chewier and the soup was a bit oily. We also tried the Tomato and Egg Lo Mein which was surprisingly good. Like tomato flavor with the spice. It's just a tad sweet for me though. Overall a great vibe with decent food! Especially if you can get in before the lines.

A small spot located next to UC Berkeley with limited seating and looks like there was a lot of takeout orders. There isn't a waitlist, you just stand and wait until a table opens up. Only street parking available, be sure to keep an eye on your meter time because we saw a lot of cars being ticketed. After being seated, you order and pay via QR code on your table and the food comes out pretty quickly. I like this method so you don't want to wave anyone down to order or to pay your tab. Cucumber salad: 4/5 - very refreshing and great portion. Beef and tomato noodles: 5/5 - very comforting and the tomatoes were cooked down just enough for a creamy broth that tasted like home. Spicy beef noodles: 4/5 - I liked the addition of the daikon, it provided a different texture; the beef was cooked well. Just the right amount of spiciness but love that there was chili oil and sauces on the table to add to it if preferred.

My new favorite Chinese noodle spot in the east bay area. I've had 3 Chinese noodle places throughout the year ( I love a good noodle soup) This inlcudes oakland chinatoen. this place did not disappoint. I had the beef brisket soup with thick noodles and Chinese donuts with dipping sauce. Both together with taxes costs less than 30 dollsrs. These portion sizes were huge. Whenever a waiter brought a dish to a table around me. Someone always gasps in shock and ask to share their meal to someone. If you are a person with a small appetite, i highly recommend sharing. The space is small and fills up fast. There is always a line so i highly recommend going early when the place opens to get a spot right away. The staff was extremely attentive and always responded to questions right away with the best positive attitude ive seen. The soup is so flavorful that I would highly recommend going again.

Noodle dynasty is such a good spot for noodle soup on a cold night or rainy day in Berkeley:) My friends and I went here for a treat after our finals and the food and ambiance was spectacular!! * Spicy Cucumber - Really liked this as an appetizer for the noodle soups!! The cucumbers were delightfully crunchy and refreshing. * Lamb Noodle Soup - The lamb imparts such a rich flavor on the broth and the meat is so so soft and tender. I honestly prefer the lamb soup the most over the beef soups, which I find can lack flavor and become difficult to eat so much of. They also serve huge portions so we had to to-go. Overall, it can get busy here but the food is worth the wait!! I like the vibes and interior of the restaurant and I would come back here 100%!

This place is my ultimate comfort meal! There's always a line but I never have to wait more than half an hour to be seated. Service is also super fast and ordering is easy because you can just scan the QR code to order online. My favorite dish is the beef noodle soup in eight hour cooked broth. I honestly crave this dish all the time because it's incredible. The portions are huge and they always give a lot of meat. The meat is so soft and tender and the broth is so flavorful. You can also choose your preferred spice level and type of noodle. The one thing that sets this place apart from others is the fact that they offer rice noodles! I love rice noodles but I don't typically see restaurants offer it. However, Noodle Dynasty has thick, thin, and rice noodle options which is perfect. My only issue with this place is that they aren't open everyday, because I've definitely tried to come on a Monday when they were closed oops.

Noodles. Soups. Noodle soups. Rice bowls. Various appetizers. They have it all! The photos honestly do not do justice for how much delicious food is just underneath the top. The seating is a little cramped at times and you can almost always expect a line whenever you go, but it is well worth the wait and the service is pretty quick. You have options of thin, thick, and rice noodles but my preference is their thick noodles. Their portions are pretty big for all their items so you can easily share with a friend or eat to your heart's content with leftovers. The broth is perfect on a cold day and you can even make as spicy as you're comfortable with. I've also ordered their pickled cucumber salad and beef tendon, great complements to the meal. It's all so flavorful and has a good mixture of veggies to balance out the oil and meat. This is somewhere I would take visiting guests and friends for a nice meal near campus.

Noodle dynasty has had constant lines since it opened last year and while the hype has yet to die down, it's manageable to get a table right away when you go at open or during off-peak times. I attribute its popularity to its location in Southside and a lack of other options near campus but considering that, prices are reasonable and portions are great! I get the dry noodles with wontons and beef and add the chili sauce that's provided at the table because it adds much needed spice and flavor. Noodles are chewy and the beef and wontons are bursting with flavor. I've tried the soup noodles as well but it's not for me as I don't like bone broth - too greasy and salty for me without deep flavor. However, I know it's popular and many people love it! If you're in the area and looking for a hearty meal, check this place out!
